sb-hns で私の日記が読めなくなった(HNS 側の変更のため)のに対応しました。
副作用として、日記中の相対パスのリンク等を正しく辿れるように
なりました:-)

また、nnshimbun で日本語の subject が化ける問題に対処しました。

	`w3m-expand-url'.

	* shimbun/sb-hns.el (shimbun-get-headers): Set proper url to xref.
	(shimbun-hns-article): Follow the change above.
	(shimbun-article): Encode headers.
