encapsulate shimbun article (Re: Progress Report)

をやってみました。

新規変数 shimbun-encapsulate-article（デフォルトは t）が non-nil ならば、
インライン画像を含む記事を multipart/related に変換します。

しかし、SEMI だと multipart/related なのに
最初のパート以外もインライン画像として表示されてしまいます。
どうにかならないものでしょうか。
