You could try to add an after-advice to `w3m-view-this-url', it would
work when going from name to name in a page, but since emacs-w3m
displays pages asynchronously, it would probably fail when going from
one page to another because the advice would act on the buffer before
it has been refreshed (i.e. it would try to go to the name in the
current page, not on the page the links points to.)
And it's not a solution, it's a crude hack. The real solution would be
to make this behavior customizable in emacs-w3m.
