I see.  I have worked to do that on the emacs-w3m-1_3 branch which is
used for maintaining stable releases.  If you want to check my work,
execute the following command:

    % cvs update -r emacs-w3m-1_3

Because some features of development series have not been ported to
the stable branch, little adjustment is required.

By the way, I think that FAQ, FAQ.ja, README.shimbun.ja and
README.namazu.ja should be removed and that their contents should be
integrated into Info documents.
