Well, the download status is already being shown by switching
the text color in the header-line of Emacs 21.  Now I found the
`w3m-tab-line' function is called for many times while the
external w3m process is running.  It may be able to be used for
showing a spinner animation.  If it is possible, it is easy to
show a similar image in the mode-line.  I will try it...
