Hm, isn't there any page which explains directly the thing which
you want to do?

If it occurred by chance, it works now.  Otherwise, there may be
a trouble somewhere between you and the server.

There is almost no progress, sorry.  Perhaps joint work with w3m
team is required for it.  Please understand that a most Japanese
is busy in an end of the year.  Emacs-w3m team aren't exceptions,
either.
