Emacs Wiki home page displayed incorrectly

Dear Bug Team!

When I visit <URL:http://emacswiki.org/> most of the page is unreadable:
empty square boxes and 3-byte octal character sequences.

The "[Home] SiteMap" through "TXT" links at the top of the page are
correctly displayed, followed by another "SiteMap" link, followed by the
"Deutsch" through "Svenska" links. But from that point forward, the
*w3m* buffer is unreadable.

When I move point to an empty box or 3-byte octal character sequence,
`C-u C-x =' displays

  character: $(OTh(B (0425150, 141928, 0x22a68)
    charset: japanese-jisx0213-1 (JISX0213 Plane 1 (Japanese))
 code point: 84 104
     syntax: word
   category:
buffer code: 0x97 0xD4 0xE8
file code: not encodable by coding system utf-8
       font: -- none --

It seems like the fact that the link to the Japanese page, which is
displayed as square boxes, is somehow affecting the display of the rest
of the page. (The link to the Chinese (Han) page _is_ displayed
correctly, as is the following "Svenska" link.)

Please CC: any responses to me since I don't subscribe to the mailing
list.

Thanks!
