Thanks.  I've committed it with the following ChangeLog:

	* shimbun/sb-heise.el (shimbun-heise-content-end): Improve regexp.
	(sb-heise-tp-url-re, sb-heise-tp-auth-date-re): New constants.
	(shimbun-heise-get-telepolis-headers): Use them; set author's name
	and date; replace shimbun-make-header with shimbun-create-header.
	(shimbun-heise-wash-telepolis-article): Don't set author's name
	and date here.

Please write it by yourself from next time since what is written
by the author will be the most exact. :)
