emacs-w3m + hyperestraier cgi + emacs22

杉田@デジタルパッドです。
最近、emacs22を使うようになったのですが、emacs-w3mでうまく表示できない
ページがあることに気付きました。

・emacs-w3mは anonymous@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx:/storage/cvsroot から今日 cvs up した
  ものを使っています。
・w3mはusageで
    w3m version w3m/0.5.1, options lang=en,m17n,image,color,ansi-color,
    mouse,gpm,menu,cookie,ssl,ssl-verify,external-uri-loader,w3mmailer,
    nntp,gopher,ipv6,alarm,mark,migemo
  と表示されます。
・emacs-versionは 
    GNU Emacs 22.0.91.1 (i486-pc-linux-gnu, GTK+ Version 2.8.20) 
    of 2006-12-10 on pacem, modified by Debian 
  です。

うまく表示できないのは、添付してあるHTMLなのですが、emacs-w3mで表示しようとすると

このような表示になってしまい、正常にパースされてくれません。
emacs21+emacs-w3m(上と同じバージョンのものをemacs21でコンパイルしたもの)や、
コンソール上で動いている w3m では正常にパースされます。
