Install from cvs co of emacs-w3m

I hope this is the right place for this and that it hasn't already
been beat to death but I found no hits with `search.gmane.org' on this
group that helped with this

I've checked out the cvs version of emacs-w3m but I find no
information as to how to go about compiling it.  The README seems to
assume I have the release version.

Maybe I'm supposed to just know how its done and I may have sometime
long ago but I must have forgotten.

Is there a step thru somewhere that covers installing from the cvs
module?
