do T (w3m-toggle-inline-images), M-< (beginning-of-buffer), and
several SPC (command w3m-scroll-up-or-next-url).
Notice how you can't leave the apparent background wallpaper. Indeed,
there should be a variable to turn off the silly background image.
Anyway, the only way to proceed is by hitting a TAB to get unstuck
from this position.
