w3m-view-previous-page doesn't take into account anchors

Hi,

If I visit page A, then click on a link for page B, then click on an
anchor link that goes to page B#somenachor, then go to the previous
page, w3m will go to page A.

Is it possible to make it go to the previous position on page B that
was a link to the anchor on page B?  This is the way GUI browsers
work, I believe.

I looked at w3m-reuse-history-elements, but it looks like that is not
what I want.
