shimbun-headers now supports redirection

Hi,

Some index pages that sb-asahi.el accesses (e.g. science, sports,
etc.) require the client to retrieve another url, so I've made
the `shimbun-headers' method support the redirection, in addition
to `shimbun-article'.
(See the FIXME comment around the `shimbun-headers-1' function.)

sb-asahi.el がアクセスするいくつかのインデックス・ページ (例えば
science や sports など) が別の url へのリンクになっているので、
`shimbun-article' に加えて `shimbun-headers' にもリダイレクトを
サポートさせるようにしました。(`shimbun-headers-1' のそばに、突っ
込みに対する言い訳の FIXME コメントを書いておきました。)
