w3m-next-form is a misnomer

Regarding the docstrings and Info for "[":
w3m-next-form is an interactive compiled Lisp function in `w3m.el'.
It is bound to ].
Move the point to the next form.
`]'
Move the point to the next form. More strictly speaking, move the
point forwards to the nearest form (`w3m-next-form').
More strictly speaking, the next entry area or whatever, of what
often is in fact the _same_ <form>, not next <form>.
So the command is a misnomer.
At least in the documents mention that it is not necessarily the next
form.
Same for "]".
