えーと、 w3m-session のほうからも使いたいのでなるべく buffer-local の変
数は参照したくないなぁ…と思っていたんですがよく考えたら w3m-session か
ら与えるのと全然変わりはないですね…。

引数なしにしてしまって commit してみます。
