tell me there was a charset problem

with conflicting charsets, in
http://jidanni.org/comp/configuration/.emacs-w3m I have somehow gone
too far, making emacs-w3m too smart, so problem pages like the above
look great to me, so then I go tell my (non-emacs-w3m) friends to read
them, and they can't.
I wish emacs-w3m would say "Warning: this pages has conflicting
character sets. Choosing ..."
