show RSS feed link at top like Firefox

For the page http://news.oss.tw/ one has to look at the very bottom for
"訂閱文章" to find the RSS link.
Firefox however finds it from
<link rel="alternate" type="application/rss+xml" title="開放原始碼新聞網 RSS" href="http://news.oss.tw/node/feed"; />
and puts it right into the URL bar.
Lynx also puts it first thing on top.
Maybe emacs-w3m should put it at top too:
