nnshimbun marks

Hi Gnus users,

I've added the `marks' feature to nnshimbun.el (in CVS head).
It works like nntp marks, nnml marks, and nnfolder marks.  Maybe
the best document explaining the marks feature is:

(info "(gnus)NNTP marks")

It is useful (at least for me), but you can disable the feature
using the back end variable `nnshimbun-marks-is-evil'.

ぼくのたった一つの、でも重要な目的は、以下の問題の解消でした:
・普段は仕事場のデスクトップ PC で Gnus を走らせている。
・その Gnus を走らせたまま、別のノート PC を持って会議に (または
  出張に) でかける。
・出先から仕事場のデスクトップ PC に login し、すでに走っている
  のとは別の Emacs を起動して、Gnus でメール、ニュース、新聞記事
  を読む。
・仕事場に帰ってきて、まだ走っている Gnus を使うと、出先ですでに
  読んだ記事が nnshimbun だけ未読のままになっている。
