has <title> illegally after </head>, emacs-w3m can still deal with it.

has <title> even after </body>. In this case emacs-w3m makes title a
binary mess. Plain w3m, lynx, and firefox have no problem.
I noticed the problem due to all the sky blue \2xx characters in the modeline.
