BACK puts one on top of previous link!

After the newest Debian update:
Browse link 1, now go BACK.
Move down the page.
Browse link 2, now go BACK.
Instead of the cursor being returned to lying on top of link 2, **it
instead is now lying on top of link 1!** Agggggg!
