w3m-safe-view-this-url too safe, still asking twice

RET runs the command w3m-safe-view-this-url
which asks:
This link is considered to be unsafe; use the prefix arg to view anyway
and we do. And it is still here in emacs-w3m-version "1.4.400" asking again:
Are you sure you really want to follow this link (maybe insecure)? (yes or no)
and all along not showing what the URL it is talking about is (have to
mouseover to see it). Please don't make it ask us twice for the same URL.
