just as a coincidence, a few days ago I added a recipe for emacs-w3m and
shimbun daily builds to

http://melpa.milkbox.net

As MELPA doesn't have support for CVS for now, I used the

https://github.com/emacsmirror/w3m

repository, which seems to follow trunk daily.

(by the way, in case papers are needed from me - no problem)
