Ah, no problem here.  I was able to edit the Sandbox in at least
en.wikipedia:

I made no modification on emacs-w3m.  So, I seem to have been
worrying unduly.

(Why I didn't use ja.wikipedia is that the Sandbox page is
 occupied by Japan's gangster. :<)
