The How-To is described in the Info manual:
(info "(emacs-w3m)Misc Sites Supported by Shimbun") <- `C-x C-e' here
See the "Atom feeds containing contents" section.
And you will possibly be able to use sb-atom-hash in the way
that the "RSS feeds containing contents" section mentions.
