icon inspection

(i.e., a clean emacs) reveals a browser without BACK and FORWARD arrows.
They should be right there next to the Go To icon, and not only in the
mouse menu.
P.S., clicking the Go To icon changes all the icons to different mostly
unusable icons, with no easy way to get the previous set back.
OK they can be got back by clicking a different session and then
clicking back to this session.
