I have a sense of responsibility, and therefore, am a pessimistic
(electronic circuit) engineer, and say a list of reasons that it
is hard to achieve to a boss first. So, let me say it seems to
be not easy to do. ;)

・There will be no entrance to access only a form in a web site.
IOW, we don't have a url to pass to a browser to access only
  a form.
・To view only a form in an external browser, probably we have
to extract the form, dress it up to a normal html form, and
  pass it to a browser.
・I have no idea for a straight way to do it that covers any
  kind of forms.

But I'll get to be a clever and persistent engineer if a boss
gives me a good hint.
