Keybindings for image resizing

Hello,
the developers of w3m might be interested in joining the discussion in Emacs
bug#22172: 25.1.50; Wishlist: There should be a way to say to Emacs that
is should rescale all images with a certain factor
Lars added a simple mechanism to increase or decrease the size of images
embedded in a buffer conveniently. It should be easy to make that work
with w3m as well.
We are now discussing what keybindings to choose. It would be good if
the default bindings were the same everywhere.
