I recalled how the [OK] buttons in the cookie page work.  I think
the way is interesting, and the code would be a good example to
demonstrate what we can do with emacs-w3m.  But it was introduced
15 years ago, so don't hesitate to propose a good/modern/reasonable
way, if any.

Thank you for the second patch.  Applied (docstrings were modified
following in the Emacs style).  Could you provide the ChangeLog
entries by yourself from next time?
