Last week's emacs newsletter from stackexchange included a question
about emacs-w3m:
https://emacs.stackexchange.com/questions/37799/syncing-html-with-w3m
The user asks for features that he says does exist for emacs users
who edit TeX files for PDF output:
1] When opening an html source buffer, point should be at the position
corresponding to point in the rendered buffer.
2] When saving a modified source buffer, the rendered buffer should
automatically refresh to reflect the edit.
3] Point of source and rendered buffers should remain in sync.
I considered trying to provide a feature for this, but it seemed like a
lot of work, and I don't have that availability now.
