Error when calling 'report-emacs-w3m-bug'

Hi,

I tried to make an w3m bug report, so I did M-x report-emacs-w3m-bug,
but after confirming the subject I got

Debugger entered--Lisp error: (file-missing "Cannot open load file" "No such file or directory" "w3m-load")
  load("w3m-load")
  report-emacs-w3m-bug("w3m-view-this-url-new-session in background" nil)
  funcall-interactively(report-emacs-w3m-bug "w3m-view-this-url-new-session in background" nil)

I don't have a file named "w3m-load" on my system.  My fault or a bug?
