[emacs-w3m/emacs-w3m] w3m-next/previous-anchor no more working in buffers formatted with w3m-region (#71)

Seems to happen since fecf209.
I use w3m-region in mu4e buffers and w3m-next/previous-anchor returns "No anchor".
