New features for w3m-download.el

This message is for those who are using my download extension[1],
github PR#27[2], providing the extra features as documented here[3].

Some of the recent commits have introduced some conveniences to the
download-queue buffer that you may like:

+ The download statistics are now presented (still colorized) as a
static header line that never scrolls off the window.

+ The keybinding hints are no longer presented at the top of the buffer.
  Instead, use keybinding '?' or 'C-h m'.

+ If you optionally install package 'key-assist' from either MELPA
or github[4], keybinding '?" will present a custom combination
keybinding cheat-sheet and command launcher. How it views will
depend on what package you use for completion candidates (eg. helm,
    ido, ivy, avy).

+ Keybinding 'w' toggles line-wrap (visual-line-mode) to make it easier
to read long URIs and download path-names

+ Regions of the queue buffer can be copied to the kill-ring; however,
the marked region doesn't appear fontified as such.
