namazu search

I turned to the search feature at
http://emacs-w3m.namazu.org/ml/namazu.cgi trying to find a document
posted as number ~13128 to ~13132 that was posted to the list in
February 2019 (search term "emacsclient"), but the search results only
showed documents prior to year 2012. I note that the search page says
that "This index contains 12,382 documents and 249,018 keywords." and
that it was "Last modified: 2015-08-28", so if that's true, it isn't
very useful for many people now in year 2021. Can it be please updated?
