WIDTH attribute of IMG

Hi,

are there any plans to support WIDTH and HEIGHT attributes of IMG? They are
used extensively on some servers to display the results of polls etc.

Imagine some web page with

        <IMG SRC="Blue.gif" WIDTH=100>

where Blue.gif is five dots high and only one dot wide. emacs-w3m will
display this tag as image Blue without any scaling.
