<HR> displayed as \212's

emacs-w3m works like a charm for me, thank for you good work.

I have only one minor problem - <HR> and table borders are displayed like
\212 and similar. My emacs is run with LANG=cs_CZ. I can provide any
other details on request to help you solve this minor problem.
