It should be re-written to:

  For emacs-w3m, you may use the command `t' on the image anchor
  to show an image (or `T' for loading all images) even if it is `nil'.

Please use `T' key in the article buffer.  I have a TODO item
that we should have those commands available also in the summary
buffer.
