  Hideyuki> Does your Emacs-20.7 have a UTF-8 coding-system?

I have oc-unicode at emacs-20.7. I have Mule-UCS at emacs-21.2.

Hideyuki> If does not have a UTF-8 coding-system, please install and

No luck :(

I still see ??? for non-ascii code. Do you see normal letters for
http://www.mypsion.ru ? It is okay for me when called outside emacs as

% xterm -u8 -fn -*-fixed-medium-*-*-18-*-*-*-*-*-iso10646-1 -e \
w3m-m17n http://www.mypsion.ru &

but emacs-20.7 + oc-unicode shows ? for the Russian letters; while
emacs-21.2 complains:

I have

% w3m -version
w3m version w3m/0.3.1-m17n-20020717, options lang=en,m17n,color,ansi-color,mouse,menu,cookie,external-uri-loader,w3mmailer,nntp,ipv6,alarm,mark

GNU Emacs 21.2.1 (sparc-sun-solaris2.8, X toolkit, Xaw3d scroll bars)
