うわあ，またもや non-Mule 問題ですか…．

対応するならば，shimbun-japanese-newspaper クラスをきちんと別ファイル
に独立させて，non-ASCII 文字を含む shimbun/*.el は全て byte-compile し
ないように w3mhack-examine-modules() を改良する必要があります．

個人的には，shimbun module は MULE 必須だと宣言してしまうのもありかな
あという気がしていますが，どうでしょうか．
