I have tested some terminals with `emacs -nw' and emacs-w3m (1.4.3
debian) w3m-0.5.1, then I coud display correctly html entities on the
uxterm (xterm with unicode) and the mlterm, other terminals, Eterm,
Aterm, rxvt (and varient), kterm could not display them.
