wrong-type-argument arrayp nil (with V23)

Hi!

I'm using GNU Emacs 23.0.60.1 (x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu, GTK+ Version 2.12.1) with emacs-w3m-cvs 
attempting to use newsticker (CVS) as RSS reader.

Unfortunately, the combo does not work well :-(

I informed Ulf about it and he thinks it's emacs-w3m issue.

Here is the backtrace:

Any idea how to fix it or emacs-w3m is not usable with CVS versions of newsticker/emacs?
