w3m-toggle-inline-images-just-once

I just want to see the images only on this page, but not have to
remember to toggle them back off before browsing other pages.

Indeed, this is still needed, as
> C-x h (mark-whole-buffer) t (w3m-toggle-inline-image)
Causes a dizzying jumping all around 亂跳 as a side effect 副作用.
