mouse should act like firefox

Right mouse and middle mouse clicks should not do the same thing by default.
Right  mouse should get the URL underneath the pointer in the same buffer, as it does today.
Middle mouse should get the URL underneath the pointer in    a new buffer, please fix.
Just like firefox.
