about://history/ should remember our position on each page

Idea: "s runs the command w3m-history", which should also remember
where the cursor was on the pages we were on.

I.e., in the hidden numbers here that we see as we cut and pasted this
into this posting, emacs-w3m should also remember what position we
were on on each page, so when we click a page, we don't just dumbly go to
the top of the page chosen.
