bookmarks submenus

Hi,

I'm a little hesitant to edit the bookmark file directly (I'm not very
good with HTML).  However, I thought there might be some emacs-w3m
commands I can use to manage the bookmarks, sections, etc.  For now, I
simply want to organize the sections, adding some sub[sub]sections and
move some links into the proper [sub][sub]sections.  I cannot find how
to do this from the menus, nor the manual, so any help would be
welcome.  Thanks.
