red tab shows old title instead of page being fetched's

When we are fetching a URL, the "tab" at the top of the screen turns red.
However it contains the title of the old page that currently occupies
that tab. True, you don't know the title of the new page yet, but
perhaps show its URL (minus the http.*://).

Otherwise it looks like we are again fetching the old page.

Yes there may be minibuffer messages to the contrary, but the user's
eyes are fixed on that red tab...
