place lost after return from reading PDF

then after I quit reading the PDF, I see my place is lost and I'm back
at the top of http://www.swcb.gov.tw/class.asp?autoid=256 .
I use http://jidanni.org/comp/configuration/ emacs-w3m-version "1.4.364"
