wishlist: w3m-export-session

Uh oh, the boss is coming 社長來.

I better save my emacs-w3m session to a thumb drive and continue later
at home.

OK, there are some commands in w3m-session.el but not documented very
well. No Info page on them. No menu items for easy use.

I was able to save into ~/.w3m/.sessions
but that file does not say how to restore...

How about a new w3m-export-session, which asks where you want to save
the file, and then just writes an .el which says:

; Just (edit and) load this lisp file to recreate your emacs-w3m session!
