I realized it. The main reason is that the cache mechanism was
incomplete -- the contents of "http://example.com/" are cached
but it cannot be accessed by the keyword "http://example.com"
(note that the latter doesn't end with "/"), for example.
I've fixed them in CVS. The error page got much talkative.
