24.5; w3m.el using lambda function in keybinding definition

Hi. Following is the first of two bug reports that I mistakenly sent to emacs instead of to you. I didn't see a bugtracker on your website, so I thought to post these two to the list. If there is a more proper way, please let me know directly (ie. I'm not subscribed to the list)

On line 7872 of w3m.el, a key is bound to a lambda function, with the
consequence to users that it can not be re-bound using the usual
method. Also, the parallel function, w3m-scroll-up-1, bound on line
7871, is more complex than the lambda function.
In GNU Emacs 24.5.1 (x86_64-pc-linux-gnu)
of 2016-03-19 on trouble, modified by Debian
