Thanks for pointing it out.  I found those engines are still
listed in the latest version.  Also for other engines, patches
that remove old ones, update the urls, or replace with the new
ones, are welcome.  Please note, a patch should be aimed to
the latest emacs-w3m source, and what should be changed is not
necessarily only `w3m-search-engine-alist'; see also
`w3m-relationship-estimate-rules'.
